All orders placed on Minicigarette.net will be packaged and shipped out on the next business day. All orders are delivered within 4-7 business days once it has been shipped out. (5-10 business days for international orders)

Once the order is shipped out, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can trace online until your package is safely delivered to you. We use high quality bubble wrap and packaging materials to ensure that your goods arrive undamaged.

We also offer a standard 14-day warranty for all hardware-related purchases. If you are not satisfied with our products for whatever reason or your products simply stop working, we will either refund your payment or exchange your product for a brand new one within the warranty period, provided that the goods have been returned to us. Warranty starts on the day you receive your goods, and can be extended for 180-days.
